Intimate Wedding Package

This is our most requested package
and is for the couple who just wants to "tie the knot". Nothing too big or elaborate ... just
romantic and in the company of a few friends and family.
You have done most of your planning and know
what you want.
· The booking and all planning is done by email and phone.
· Your celebration is fairly small and simple, usually less than 60 guests, 2-4
attendants.

We will email you several of our most popular ceremonies
to choose from.

We will travel up to a 50 mile radius of our home,
we will happily travel further
but we do charge a "one way" mileage charge of .50 per mile beyond the initial 50 miles.
· We will come to your location approximately 30 minutes before your celebration.
·
We will be dressed in proper attire.
· We will perform your ceremony, assist with filling out your license and file
it for you.
Monday-Thursday ... $150 Friday-Sunday
... $200 Major Holidays ... $250
$100 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your date.
Balance is due when we arrive prior to ceremony.
Please note that this package cannot be
booked after a complimentary in-person consultation.
If booked less than 14 days in
advance of ceremony date, full payment will be required at time of booking.

Customized Wedding Package

We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your wedding ceremony and planning needs.
This package is for the couple wanting one-on-one help with planning their ceremony and/or for larger, more elaborate
weddings with many attendants or special
features.
- Your ceremony can be whatever
you have imagined it to be....there are no rules.
- We will have
one planning session a month or two before your celebration to finalize your ceremony.
- We are available via email for
unlimited ceremony planning questions.
- We will provide you with a large variety of ceremonies, wedding vows and planning materials.
- Children, family, friends and/or pets
can have incorporated rolls in your ceremony.
- We will provide assistance with creating personalized and heartfelt wedding vows.
- You can include one or more special feature; a unity
candle, water, sand, rose, or hand fasting ceremony.
- We can assist with incorporating
music and/or readings into your ceremony.
- We can guide you in choreographing the processional and with the placement of your attendants.
- You will receive
a final draft of your ceremony approx.1 week prior to your wedding for your final approval.
- We
will travel up to a 75 mile radius of our home, we will happily travel further.
- We do charge a
"one way" mileage charge of .50 per mile beyond the initial 75 miles.

We will arrive one hour prior to your ceremony to
coordinate with your other vendors.
- We will be in appropriate attire for your celebration.
- We will conduct your ceremony, assist with filling out
your license and file it for you.
Monday-Thursday ... $250
Friday-Sunday ... $330 Major Holidays ... $380
$100 deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your date.
Balance is due 30 days prior to ceremony.
10% discount on this package if paid in full at time of booking!

Rehearsal

We
are happy to attend your rehearsal but most rehearsals are led by the wedding venue staff or a wedding coordinator without the actual officiant present. We can provide a rehearsal guide
to help you run your rehearsal yourself.
· Add a rehearsal to your package a day or two before your
ceremony for $90.
· We can come early and do a walk through rehearsal 1-3 hours prior to the ceremony
for $50.
